Fastladder TERMS OF SERVICE

1.ACCEPTANCE

Terms of service shall define the relationship between livedoor Co., Ltd. (livedoor) and all users including individuals, groups and corporations that use 'Fastladder' (Our Service) offered by livedoor.
Terms of service shall apply all of the matters of using Our Service.

2.CHANGE OF TERMS OF SERVICE

livedoor shall change terms of service without approval from users.
In case of revision, renewed terms of service shall replace older terms of service.
Renewed terms of service shall become effective when terms and condition on the web site of Fastladder is updated.

3.NOTICE FROM LIVEDOOR

  1. livedoor will release necessary information to users by BBS of Fastladder, e-mail and other appropriate means.
  2. The information that livedoor release shall become effective when livedoor notifies on the web site or sends e-mail to users.

4.REGISTRATION AND PASSWORD

livedoor shall send ID and Password to a user when the user registers to Our Service in the registration process of Fastladder.

5.FEES

Our Service is free of charge to all users who agree to use under these terms of service.
But following terms, together with existing terms of service, will be applied on additional services that livedoor plan to offer in future.

  1. A users will pay the fees based on the price list defined by livedoor for additional services.
  2. livedoor will not offer additional services or extend service period to a user unless livedoor confirms the payment from the user.
  3. livedoor will hold rights to delete user data if the user does not make payment to livedoor for the additional services that the user have registered by due date. livedoor will not hold responsibilities for the loss of user data in such situations.
  4. Based on terms of service, livedoor will not refund the fees at any reasons.
  5. livedoor may change fees of Our Service without notice. livedoor will announce the changes of fees to users by updating the web site of Our Service.
  6. In case of unusable non-free service period because of a user's fault, the user cannot claim damage and livedoor will not extend the service period.

6.SUBSCRIPTIONS

livedoor will not check contents of a user's registered feeds, but livedoor will hold rights to delete such feeds that violate terms of service.
Users of Our Service must understand that livedoor does not guarantee correctness, reliability, certainty of the information that a user gathers through the feeds.

7.PROHIBITED USES

livedoor will prohibit a user from doing the followings. If a user violates the following rules, livedoor will refuse access of the user to Our Service and may not accept future access as well.

  • Violating terms of service
  • Violating laws, rules, and regulations
  • Contrary to public orders and standards of decency and making unpleasant impression like excessive sexual descriptions, cruel expression, expression which inducing crime, and discriminatory expression.
  • Pretending to be other persons
  • Defaming others' reputation. Harming unpleasant and mental damage to others.
  • Collecting other users' information
  • Violating owners' intellectual property rights such as copyright
  • Interfering Our Service
  • Disclosing harmful computer virus, code, file, program or introducing location of such information.
  • Other uses which livedoor considers as inappropriate

8.MODIFICATIONS TO OUR SERVICE

livedoor holds rights to terminate a part or whole of Our Service with notice.
livedoor will not take any responsibility of damage, loss, cost and other related issues from temporary and permanent stop of Our Service.

9.TERMINATION

  1. livedoor can terminate its whole or one part of Our Service with notice.
  2. Users will be notified through our BBS in this web site or email.
  3. livedoor will not take any responsibility of damage, loss, cost and other related issues from temporary and permanent stop of Our Service if livedoor terminates Our Service after taking steps written in TERM9-1.

10.DISCLAIMER

  1. livedoor is not responsible for user's damage or loss from usage of Our Service.
  2. livedoor is not responsible for user's damage or loss from usage of Our Service when the damage is caused in situations described in TERM2, TERM8 and TERM9.
  3. livedoor is not responsible for damages caused by a user of Our Service to other users of Our Service or outside parties.
  4. livedoor will not guarantee of correctness, reliability, certainty, usefulness of the information that can be gathered in Our Service.
  5. livedoor is not responsible for damage or loss caused by network and system failure, delay, or cancellation, as well as disappearance of data, and damages caused in illegal access.
  6. livedoor is not responsible for any unexpected operations of users' hardware and software.
  7. livedoor is not responsible for any expenses or bills charged to users of Our Service.

12.TRADEMARK

livedoor has the right to use our logos, commodities, services. Users must not use trademark of livedoor except for the logo used for a link button to our web site in their web pages.

13.INDEMNITY

If a user of Our Service violates terms of service, taking illegal use of the service, or intentionally damage Our Service, livedoor shall claim a cost of the damage (including layer's fee) to the user.

14.GOVERNING LAW

All the terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of JAPAN

15.COURT

livedoor and the users of Our Service agree that disputes occurred between livedoor and users will be processed and judged in Tokyo Summary Court.

16.OTHERS
